His Perfect Daddy Read online

What to wear? He still had no idea, hence the scattered clothes around his room. He’d seen the rules in regard to clothing, but the best he could come up with was tight jeans and an equally tight T-shirt. Both would show off his lithe body and attract men, but he was waiting for one in particular.

Gabriel rubbed his chest and swallowed, his mouth suddenly dry. He licked his lips and breathed evenly. His heart raced in his chest, and he hadn’t even left their small apartment yet. How would feel once he stood outside the club?

He swallowed again as his stomach rolled and threatened to evict its contents. Gabriel closed his eyes and concentrated on his breathing until he felt much calmer and less likely to hurl his dinner all over the place.

  “Gabe?”

  “Come in, Scott.”

Scott opened the door and stepped in, pausing when he saw the state of Gabe’s room. “Having a hard time deciding what to wear?”

  “Yeah, I thinking something tight.”

Scott snorted. “Looking like you, tight is enough.”

Gabe looked Scott up and down. Looks wise, they were complete opposites. Where Gabe was blond, blue eyes, slim, and pale, Scott was dark with black hair, deep brown eyes, and dark skin. They were the same height, but Scott had some muscles, and he had these gorgeous dimples that popped out every time he smiled.

“You don’t look too bad yourself. I’d love to have your dimples.” Gabe looked at his friend’s outfit. “Are those real leather?

Scott glanced at his pants. “Nope. Fake, but they look and feel damn good.”

Gabe stood and picked up his skin-tight black jeans. “These with the black T-shirt.”

“Black jeans, yes, but not the top. It’ll wash you out. Wear the white or pale blue one. Both look good on you.”

Gabe nodded and quickly dressed. “Are you going to wear the bands?”

“Tonight for sure, but who knows when we go again. I want to look around and not be hit on. Meet some other subs and talk to them about the place.”

  “That’s a good idea.”

Scott shook his head and tugged Gabe’s T-shirt down when he became tangled in it. “All you need to do is sit and they’ll come to you.”

Gabe sighed but didn’t disagree. He’d had it all his life. People saw his looks first and not him. He just wanted someone to see him and take care of him. Was it too much to ask for?

“What are you hoping for, Gabe?” Scott asked quietly. “You’re going to get a lot of interest.”

“I want someone to see me, Scott.” Scott sat on the bed, and Gabe sat next to him. “I’ve always had the ‘oh, isn’t he cute, isn’t he gorgeous’ but I want someone to see Gabe, you know?”

“I know. I’ve seen it. The look on your face when all people talk about are your looks.”

“I want a Daddy who sees just me. Not angel Gabriel,” Gabe spat out. “I’m more than my looks.”

“I know that,” Scott sighed. “We’ll find what we’re both looking for there, Gabe.”

Gabe nodded. “I hope so.” He stood and grabbed his boots, pulling them on. “When’s the cab coming?”

“Ten minutes, so you’ve time to put your eyeliner on.”

“Yeah, okay. Let’s draw more attention to me.”

“You look great in it and maybe some mascara too. You bought them for a reason, and that reason is almost here.” Scott stepped over the clothes on the floor. “I’m grabbing my coat.”

Gabe nodded and grabbed his own coat and wallet then waited by the front door for Scott. The time had come, and Gabe hoped it was everything he wanted. Only time would tell.

Gabe handed his coat over to the man in the cloakroom, put on his wristbands, and ignoring the look from cloakroom guy and the doorman, followed Scott into the main room of the club. It was busy. Really busy and Gabe had to fight the insane urge to hide behind his friend.

Scott took his hand and led him over to the bar and stood, waiting to be served. Gabe watched the club members walk around in various states of undress and, in a couple of cases, naked. Gabe’s eyebrows shot up when a Dom walked past with his sub on a leash, his dick hard with a cock ring around the base.

Gabe swallowed, his eyes darting everywhere, taking in the men in front of him. It hadn’t been this busy when he and Scott had come for their intro night, but tonight the place was hopping. He looked around again and saw more than a few glances thrown their way, and he nudged Scott.

  “We’ve been noticed.”

Scott might joke about Gabe’s looks, but Scott was gorgeous too, his dark looks and dimples getting him more than his fair share of attention. He was also the best friend Gabe could ask for.

A tall man walked over, and Gabe stepped back, pushing Scott in front of him. Scott grunted and stared at him until Gabe nodded at the approaching man. Scott saw him and whispered, “Hell no.”

“Weird feeling, Scott. I don’t like it.”

“Me either. I’ll deal with it.”

Scott made a point of hiding Gabe from view. “Hi, I’m Scott.”

The man sneered and tried to push Scott to one side, but Scott wouldn’t move. “I’m not interested in you. It’s him I want.”

Gabe squeezed Scott’s side and murmured, “What do you want?”

“I’m Master Carlton, but you can call me Sir. Come and sit with me, and we can discuss scenes.”

Gabe lifted his wrist and showed him his bands. “No, thank you.”

“I wasn’t asking you, boy. I was telling you. Move your ass now.”

“He said no.” Scott snapped. “What part of that don’t you understand?”

Carlton snarled. “This has fuck all to do with you.”

“Carlton, leave them alone. They said no, and they’re wearing bands.”

“Derek, why don’t you go back to your little boy? This has nothing to do with you.”

Derek moved closer and muttered, “Final warning not enough for you? Move away from them. They’re new here, and this is not the image we want. Everyone is welcome to come here and not be pounced upon by you.”

“Fuck you, Master Derek.” Carlton pushed Derek away, and a bouncer cleared his throat. Carlton stepped back and smiled. “I’ll see you later, when we can be alone.”

“No, you won’t.” Gabe remained behind Scott until Carlton walked off, then gave a small shy smile to Master Derek. “Thank you.”

“No, I’m sorry. That’s not how we welcome new members. I’m Master Derek. Have you ordered your drinks?”

“I was going to do that, but he came along,” Scott said, staring at the corridor Carlton had walked down. “He seems confused about what the word no means.”

“He’s having…issues.” Master Derek smiled. “Why don’t you get your drinks, and you can sit with me and Liam—we have a table—or you can stay here. The choice is yours.”

“Can we stay here a little bit longer?” Gabe glanced at Scott, who nodded. “If it gets too much, we’ll come over then.”

Derek nodded. “Just remember to keep the wrist bands on so everyone knows you’re off limits tonight.”

  “Thanks, we will,” Scott said.

Derek went back to his table and pulled a smaller man into his lap. Gabe watched as he gave the smaller man a sippy cup. The smaller man smiled and took the cup then rested his head on Derek’s chest.

“That’s what I want,” he told Scott.

Scott nodded. “You need someone like that, but you want something else as well. I’ve seen your internet search history. I never thought you’d be into flogging.”

“I like looking, seeing what sparks my interest.”

“I want someone to bind me to a bench and tease and torment me then fuck the come out of me.”

Gabe burst out laughing. “I’m sure you’ll find that here.”

“If not, I’m well and truly fucked and not in a good way!”

Gabe laughed again and noticed several heads turn in their direction. “Oops.”

“Pretty much. We’ve been spotted, and I can see more than one Dom giving you the look.”

“I expected it; you’re getting a few looks yourself.”

“Do you want to stay here or grab a table? We’re less on show at a table.”

Gabe followed Scott to the nearest empty table and ignored the looks he was getting. He’d known this would happen and sighed. Again, they saw him for his looks, but who would take the time to get to know him?

“Sit with your back to the wall, Gabe.”

“What about you? I’m not the only one they’re interested in.”

“You look like some fragile fallen angel or some shit. I look like the devil.” Scott pursed his lips. “Times are changing, but people still see the color of my skin first, just like they see your looks first.”

  “I’m sorry,” Gabe whispered.

“Don’t be. It’s friends like you that make me not give a fuck about them, and like you said the other night, it’s their loss. Have your drink and then we can have a look at the rooms.”

Gabe’s eyes widened. “We might not be able to leave the table.” A couple of Doms were coming toward them.

“We can handle this.” Scott swallowed when another joined. “I think.”

  Chapter Three

RAIN WAS TALKING to Zach in his office about his night out with Day when Rupert walked in. “We have a few new—oh, hey, Rain. Didn’t know you were in.”

“Rupe, I came in to find out how Daddy Zach’s date went last night.”

Rupert grabbed a spare chair and pulled it over. Once he was sitting, he said, “Go on. I’m all ears.”

Rain grinned as Zach rolled his eyes but told Rupert what had happened then asked, “We have a few new what?”

Rupert held up some sheets of paper. “Subs. A couple of Doms who will definitely need to be checked out. One of them gave me a weird vibe, but one of the subs is a gorgeous little thing. He’ll be eaten alive if we don’t have someone watching him.”

“I saw a couple this morning. The small one with those long blond curls and bright blue eyes?”

Rupert nodded. “Dead on, Zach. Can you imagine the Doms when they see him? Feeding frenzy comes to mind.”

“Maybe Rain here should show him the ropes.”

Rain snorted. No chance was that happening. He wasn’t babysitting some precious little blond thing. “I see what you’re doing and no. Not going there.”

“Why not? You can’t stay away forever. You need to get back out there and move on. They are not worth any more of your time.”

“Shut up, Zach,” Rain snapped, narrowing his eyes. “I went through hell because of them, so when I say I’m not ready, I mean it.”

Zach held his hands up and nodded. “Okay. Let me just say this: you have a lot to offer to the right sub. Don’t let that go to waste.”

Rain clenched his jaw but nodded. “I’ll think about it.”

“Anyway, Nathan was thinking about us having a little get together soon. We haven’t done one in a while.”

Rain grunted. “You mean since I walked in on—”

“It’s over,” Rupert muttered, his tone flat. “Let it go. They don’t deserve any more of your time.” He cleared his throat and continued. “He’d love to see us all over at the house. He’s planning a wonderful meal, and it would be nice for us all to get together away from here.”

“I’d like that, and I’m sure Day would too. It was because of Nathan that you intervened with Carlton.” Zach leaned on his desk, his hands clasped in front of him. “How is he?”

“Who? Carlton?” Rupert huffed out a breath. “His usual ‘I didn’t do anything wrong’? Bastard.”

“Maybe I should have spoken to him,” Rain murmured. “You two have issues with him.”

“We do, but we have to remain professional since this is our business. We put our personal likes or dislikes about someone to one side.”

“Get you being all professional and shit, Zach,” Rain joked. It was good to see Zach laughing and joking again. For Rain, though, it would take more time.

“I have my moments,” Zach grinned.

  “This sub—”

“Fine.” Rain sighed, rubbing his forehead. “If you’re so concerned about him, why did you let him join?”

“Because everyone, no matter what they look like, should have a place where they can express their true nature without being singled out. You know this, Rain, and that’s why he’s here and why he’ll be watched.”

“You need to find him the right Dom.” Zach glanced at Rain, who was shaking his head at Zach, then back at Rupert.

“Not for me, no matter how cute.”

“Find him the right Dom then, Rain. We don’t want him in the clutches of someone like Carlton. He’ll chew him up and spit him out, and we’ll have to pick up the pieces.”

Rupert grunted. “He’s behaving. Kind of.”

“For now.” Rain rubbed a hand over his face. “He knows he’s on a final warning. We should have gotten rid of him after Nathan.” He held his hand up when Rupert went to speak. “I know I’m repeating myself.”

“It was his word against Carlton’s, and Carlton was new so we let him off with a talk, and now he’s grabbed Day. As you said, a final warning—which he wasn’t impressed about, because he didn’t do it—but he knows and the security team know as well as the Dungeon Masters.”

“Right, back to the figures. We’re doing well, finally.” Zachary sighed.

“Beats the old days when we thought we’d be bankrupt and living out of a tent.” Rain chuckled.

“Ah, the good old days of ass-twitching fear.” Rupert grinned. “Five years but we’ve done it.”

Zach stood and stretched then moaned. “I’m Dungeon Master tonight, and Jagger’s back.”

“You’ll have fun then.” Rupert also stood. “I need to find him the perfect Dom. One who can help him see what he needs rather than letting anyone fuck him till he finds it.”

“He won’t find it in a sling with his ass available to everyone.” Zach rubbed his face with his hands. “He has only ever had temporary contracts,” he mused.

“I’ll talk to him before he goes into the group room. We all know that’s where he’ll be going once he’s inside the building.” Rupert sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

“Like talking to him is going to fix him. He needs something that he can’t find doing what he’s doing. All we can do is keep an eye on him and make sure things don’t get out of hand.”

“He hasn’t met the right Dom yet, and we can help with that. We have new ones applying here all the time now. Let’s see if one of those is the fit Jagger needs.”

“I need to get ready for later.” Zach pointed to Rupert. “Go and talk to Jagger, and you”— he pointed to Rain—“go and check out our newest sub. You know you want to.”

Rain grunted but stood and, with a wave, left the room. He said he’d see this little blond thing Rupert had told him about, so he went to the main floor. He stood and watched, seeing a crowd around one table, and leaned against the wall, taking the scene in. Something, or someone, was causing quite a stir, and if what Rupert had said was true, Rain was willing to place money on it being the sub.

He ignored Rupert when he stopped next to him, his eyes on the men. There was a break in the crowd, and Rain got his first look at the potential sub. Fuck. Rupert hadn’t lied at all. He was fucking gorgeous.

“He’s mine,” he whispered then stormed over.

Gabe was virtually sitting on Scott’s knees. The Doms—well he thought they were—crowded around, asking questions to both of them. Scott was now down to giving one-word responses, and Gabe had stopped talking altogether.

“What’s your name?” Another Dom pulled over a chair and sat at their table, completely uninvited, and Gabe had had enough.

  “Please leave.”

The man smiled, and to Gabe it looked slimy. “Why? You’re here in this club, so you must want something in particular. I know I can provide it for you.”

Chuckles from the men standing around met his words. “He said leave,” Scott snapped. “What part of that are you struggling with? Do you need a fucking dictionary?”

“Who do you think you are talking to me that way? I’m a Dom, and I know a sub when I see one. Maybe I should take you to one of the private rooms and teach you a lesson.”

Scott waved his wrist in front of the Dom. “Are you blind too?”

“Break it up and move on. You know the rules,” a deep voice that sent shivers down Gabe’s spine said. He looked up but couldn’t see who had spoken. When the surrounding men muttered, the voice spoke again, but his time in a much sterner tone. “Don’t make me rethink your applications here. I know some of you are new, but you’ve all gotten the information pack that includes the rules on how we behave in this club. We get new members all the time, and each one of them deserves to feel safe here.”

The crowd of men slowly dispersed, all except the one sitting at the table. “I’m not going anywhere.” He leaned back in his chair and stretched his legs out in front of him.

“We don’t want you here,” Scott mustered. “Go, before I put a complaint in about you. This is harassment.” Scott stood and pulled Gabe up with him. “This place was a mistake. Let’s go.”

Gabe followed Scott out, but they only managed to take a few steps before the Dom jumped in front of them. “Maybe I didn’t make myself clear. I said—”

“Go. Now,” the same deep voice said from behind them, and Gabe held his breath.

“What? Why, Rain? Want the little sub for yourself? I bet you do.” The bouncer behind him grabbed the Dom and pulled him outside.

A man with flowing long blond hair followed, and Gabe caught his scent and inhaled deeply. His dick hardened, and he almost whimpered. He didn’t see much of their rescuer, but his ass filled out his leathers in a way that had Gabe practically drooling.

  “Gabriel.”

Gabe turned and saw Rupert and almost fell into his arms. “Rupert,” he whispered.

“I’m so sorry. I think I need to recheck a few applications after tonight.” He walked Gabe back to the table and sat down with him. “Scott, isn’t it? Come and sit with us. What a first night for you. Please accept my apologies. That should never have happened.”
